By embedding structured, supportive apprenticeship pathways, you'll play a key role in helping people grow into roles where they can truly make a difference. What you'll be doing Lead the design, development and implementation of our national apprenticeship strategy. Maximise our use of the Apprenticeship Levy to support talent development and business priorities. Collaborate with HR, L&D and recruitment teams to align apprenticeships with workforce planning and career pathways. Build strong partnerships with external training providers to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery. Monitor learner outcomes, manage provider performance, and support apprentices throughout their journey. Champion apprenticeships across the organisation to drive engagement and participation. About You We’re looking for: Strong experience leading apprenticeship programmes, ideally in a regulated or multi-site setting. Excellent understanding of ESFA regulations, funding rules and compliance requirements. Confident working with third-party training providers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Organised, analytical and passionate about professional development and early careers. A relevant qualification such as A1 Assessor, IQA or apprenticeship-specific certification is desirable. Full UK Driving License - this role will involve some regional travel where required. What We Offer Annual salary of up to £43,000. £4,000 annual car allowance. 25 days annual leave bank holidays.
