As a Life and Health Claims Assessor, you will play a crucial role in providing fair and balanced claims decisions aligned with industry guidelines and our company philosophy. You'll be responsible for managing a variety of claims, including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and more. Daily tasks will involve communication with customers, intermediaries, and service providers, both written and verbal. What My Client Expects from You: Manage Individual Protection claims from initial notification to final settlement within agreed service standards. Assess claims in line with my client's philosophy and policy terms. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to obtain necessary information, explain requirements and decisions, and resolve appeals and complaints. Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and service providers. Contribute ideas for process improvement and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Represent my client at industry meetings and forums.
