HR & HSE Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & HSE Administrator to provide administrative support across the Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) functions within our manufacturing operation. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance, efficient record-keeping, and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in either HR or HSE and a strong commitment to best practice in both areas.
Role Responsibilities – HR & HSE Administrator
1. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
2. Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
3. Assist in training coordination and tracking completion records.
4. Support employee lifecycle processes including induction, probation reviews, and leaver administration.
5. Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and communications.
6. Coordinate absence tracking and return-to-work documentation.
7. Provide first-line support for employee queries and escalate when necessary.
