What you become part of
The Commercialisation team partners with Brand Owners and cross‑functional CCEP teams to deliver projects across the portfolio. We collaborate with The Coca‑Cola Company, Monster, Commercial, Sales, and Finance, alongside key Supply Chain functions including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics.

Own and coordinate the end‑to‑end artwork delivery process, ensuring all artwork is delivered on time, in full, and to a high standard to support product launches, promotions, and portfolio changes. You’ll act as the single point of contact across internal teams and external suppliers, driving progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear visibility of the artwork pipeline. In addition, you will manage Repack projects, delivering customised product configurations (e.g. tailored packaging formats, labelling and logistics setups) to meet specific customer requirements.

* Leading kick‑offs and coordinate agencies/suppliers
* Tracking delivery vs SLAs and escalating risks proactively
* Maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder communication
* Leading weekly alignment with Artwork Agency and key partners
* Managing artwork backlog and prioritisation
* Owning and delivering Repack projects end‑to‑end
* Identifying and driving process improvements
What we’re looking for
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident stakeholder management and communication
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Process‑driven with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement
* Strong problem‑solving capability with a proactive mindset
* Experience in FMCG, Supply Chain, artwork, or project management preferred
