Teacher of Drama and Music

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and forward-thinking Teacher of Drama and Music to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and motivate students, delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable).
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to develop their practice in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
2. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement
4. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
5. Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders
