About the Role:
We are looking for a Jewellery & Diamond Customer Care Advisor to join our growing team. This diverse and exciting role will expose you to all aspects of the jewellery industry. You will play a key part in delivering the high standard of service our customers expect while supporting various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat.
* Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Managing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Creating engaging content for social media to promote our brand.
* Communicating with the workshop to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
* Contributing ideas and support to the jewellery design process.
Key Attributes:
* No previous experience in the jewellery industry is required.
* A fast learner who is enthusiastic about developing new skills.
* Excellent time management and punctuality.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* A willingness to expand knowledge and understanding of the jewellery industry.
