A leading regional firm is seeking a 3-5 PQE Family Solicitor to join its Southampton team, working closely with a highly regarded Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-net-worth matrimonial finance and complex private children matters, including cases involving trusts, business assets, foreign assets and pensions.
The Role
* Support a Partner on complex HNW financial remedy matters
* Build and manage your own varied caseload
* Handle divorce, separation, cohabitation and nuptial agreements
* Advise on complex financial structures and private children matters
* Contribute to business development and meet financial targets
* Maintain exceptional client care and professional standards
About You
You will demonstrate:
* Strong technical expertise in family law
* Experience with complex financial remedy work
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
* Confidence, initiative and strong time management
* A team-oriented approach
Experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives is desirable.
