About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
* You will be responsible for document and office management, including organising and maintaining digital and physical files, and ensuring company records and statutory books are up to date.
* You will assist with HR-related documents and contract changes, and support the Compliance Officer with documentation and processes.
* You will track project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on deliverables.
* You will provide day-to-day support to the Founder with business development activities, including handling travel arrangements, managing expense reports, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings.
* You will also coordinate events, conferences, and team gatherings, and provide light-touch business development support by maintaining warm contact and keeping relationships moving.
