Job Description
As our next Front Office Manager you will manage the Front of House department, ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the hotel. You will lead a high‑energy team, support staff, take initiative in reactive situations, and work duty‑manager shifts as required. Your focus will be on creating extraordinary guest experiences and delivering great service.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role or supervisor role with 2‑3 years experience
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
* Good communication and customer contact skills
* Results‑oriented and detail‑focused service orientation
* Ability to multi‑task and work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations
* Team player and builder
* Motivator and self‑starter
* Well‑presented and professionally groomed at all times
