To be successful as an Enablement Engineer at this level, you should have:
* Experience in software development using Java, Python, C#, or equivalent, and CI/CD pipeline construction.
* Experience building collaborative relationships with a wide range of technical colleagues.
* Clear and enthusiastic communication skills to encourage, educate, and influence others, along with patience and generosity when sharing knowledge.

* Passion for modern software technologies and methodologies, especially DevSecOps.
