Overview
Trade Prices Direct, a nationwide window and door installation business, is seeking a Customer Service / Administrator to join its remote team. This full-time role offers £25,000–£30,000/year plus benefits, including pension and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will provide frontline customer support and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
* Assist with order processing and liaise between departments for fulfillment
* Address customer complaints and escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with sales, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure seamless service
* Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management
* Manage scheduling and appointments
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
