We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Office Support Coordinator to join our team in Beeston, Leeds. Reporting into the Office Manager, the Marketing & Office Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day office operations. The role is primarily focused on providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support to the wider sales and operational teams, helping to keep processes efficient and the office functioning effectively. Alongside this, you will support light marketing activity such as coordinating content, assisting with events, and preparing customer materials when required. Working Hours: 37. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday Key Duties include:- Schedule, publish, and monitor LinkedIn content, engagement, and PR activity Support creation of posts, visuals, website updates, and marketing materials Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy and brand consistency Assist with customer presentations and briefing internal teams/external agencies Coordinate updates to brochures, spec sheets, and product literature Create and send email campaigns, including segmenting contact lists Processing and accurate input of customer orders Liaising with customers regarding order process and delivery updates Organising transport for domestic and international customers Support PR deadlines, advertising activity, and partner coordination Maintain organised team folders and marketing assets Process and track purchase orders with Purchasing and Accounts Respond to sales team requests for materials, images, and files Provide general support to sales and operational teams, including handling enquiries Create/update sales reports in Excel and manage confidential information Coordinate meetings and support office supply management About You This is a varied role supporting marketing activity and day‑to‑day office coordination — perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a fast‑paced environment.
