Job Description:
My client, a growing, PE-backed, consumer-facing business, is looking for a senior legal counsel to join their small legal team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, M&A, partnerships, data protection, and compliance. Responsibilities include:
* Being a UK-qualified lawyer (5+ PQE) with top-tier law firm training and in-house experience, gained through a secondment or permanent role.
* Proven experience in commercial contracts, preferably within a consumer services business.
* Willingness to diversify and take on broader in-house responsibilities.
* Having a strategic mindset and business acumen.
