Our client is in an exciting period of digital transformation and is looking to grow the team by adding a specialist who has experience in digital product from a customer-centric environment.
The successful candidate will drive the strategy, development and delivery of digital products and services across multiple platforms, creating customer-centric experiences by integrating insights, technology, and stakeholder priorities, with the aim of enhancing value and achieving business objectives.
The role:
* Shape product strategies and prioritisation, identifying improvement opportunities across digital platforms and turn them into roadmaps.
* Build data informed cases to support product recommendations aligned with commercial goals and customer needs.
* Own the development and improvement of digital products from concept to deployment.
* Make stakeholders in multiple departments to drive colleague engagement in digital initiatives and take insight that influences product decision making.
* Manage product backlogs and delivery pipelines, working with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
* Define, monitor and evolve digital product KPIs, using data to optimise feature sets and performance for usability, commercial impact, and customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for innovation through emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to travel and digital mobility.
