Manage complaints, member inquiries, and compensation tasks efficiently within set timeframes. Process compensations, maintain accurate records, and produce performance reports. Support quality assurance processes and assist with system administration. Help staff use complaints and casework systems effectively. Person Specifications Must Have: Strong administrative experience. Good IT and reporting skills. Keen eye for detail. Nice to Have: Experience in quality assurance processes. Familiarity with system administration.
