Working alongside our Customer Insight Manager, you’ll lead engaging research projects, bring customer stories to life, and collaborate with teams across the business to make sure our customers’ needs are always front and centre. Key responsibilities
* Support the Customer Insights Manager to develop an environment where customer centricity is at the heart of our business.
* Help to develop organisational understanding of our customer and how we interpret customer insights – supporting the business to understand what action should be taken.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into customer analysis and insights.
* Shape research with key stakeholders to ensure that it delivers against the brief.
* Conduct high quality pieces of customer research – for example analysing our Voice of Customer programme, writing and analysing customer surveys, producing customer vlogs.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of results and shape into key findings for the organisation. Analyse large amount of customer data and convert this into digestible formats.
* Present analysis and findings to stakeholders in engaging and suitable formats.
Required skills & experience
* Prior experience in customer insights/customer research is desirable. Prior experience in a customer-facing role or customer-centric organisation is essential.
* Highly numerate and data literate, with advanced Excel skills and experience in data collection and analysis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
* Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks
* Ability to interact with all levels of colleagues and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
* Experience with relevant survey software e.g. Confirmit/Forsta
