Responsibilities
You will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assisting with daily activities. You will apply safeguarding principles, recognising signs of abuse and reporting concerns, and you will receive safeguarding training appropriate to your role. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support residents with limited mobility, provide comfort to distressed patients and deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care, always putting their wellbeing first.
Qualifications
You are enthusiastic, committed and compassionate. You understand resident care and you are able to work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You are reliable, dedicated and open to learning about digital care planning. You are confident in using technology to support residents and you are willing to undertake safeguarding and digital training.
