We are working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that is looking to bring on a Graduate Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within a commercial, people-focused role with genuine long-term progression.
The Role
This role sits within the commercial team and focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Identifying and researching prospective businesses and key decision makers

Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels to introduce the company and its services
*
Building relationships with prospective clients and arranging meetings
*
Presenting the company’s services in a confident and engaging way
*
Supporting the wider sales team with developing and progressing opportunities
*
Maintaining accurate records of outreach and activity within the CRM system
About You

Recent graduate (any degree considered)
*
Competitive, driven and motivated to succeed
*
Naturally personable with strong communication skills
*
Confident reaching out to new people and starting conversations
*
Organised, proactive and keen to learn
*
Interested in developing a career within sales or business development
