Hourly rates of pay ranging from £12.45 to £12.80 per hour dependent upon qualification level
Position and location
Night Support Worker – full or part time basis. Location: Tamar House, Lincoln. The home serves 13 residents living with learning disabilities and is designed to cater to their needs.
Schedule and benefits
This role offers regular set night shifts between 8pm and 8am, across a 7-day working week. Benefits include:

Responsibilities
* Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life
* Provide companionship and emotional and practical support
* Assist residents in decisions about daily living arrangements
* Assist residents with personal care and recreational activities
* Support residents to retire for the evening and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep
* Promote resident independence in meal preparation and at mealtimes
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide individualized care plans
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking caring individuals with a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Our residents may have mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities; candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident’s abilities.
