The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: * Prepare and agree on interim payment applications. * Agree and settle Final Accounts with Employers. * Identify events and issue notices for variations/compensation events. * Evaluate and agree on variations/compensation events. * Issue contractual notices and draft contractual communications. * Prepare, evaluate, and submit extension of time entitlements. * Provide support on claims or problematic projects, including formal disputes (e.g., adjudication or mediation). * Procure sub-contractors and manage their accounts, variations, and final agreements. * Produce accurate cost and value reconciliations and outturn financial reporting. * Manage assistant or graduate commercial team members. * Continue professional development and enrol in RICS/ICES programs.
