About the Role
Providing technical support to both its customers and the team of Sales Engineers you will assist pre‑sale in the selection of products to best solve applications and post‑sale with any assistance required to set devices up. An ever‑increasing product portfolio makes this a varied, challenging but ultimately rewarding position within our organisation. Customer site visits may be required on occasion.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers and Sales Engineers.
* Assist in the selection of products for pre‑sale applications.
* Offer post‑sale assistance for device set‑up.
* Conduct customer site visits as needed.
Qualifications
* HNC, HND or degree level in electrical and electronic engineering.
Required Skills
* Engineering graduate with sound electrical knowledge.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Skills
* Understanding of field bus systems.
* Some entry‑level experience of PLC/microcontroller programming.
