As part of their continued growth, they are seeking experience CNC Setter Operator to support their manufacturing operations on the shop floor. The Role As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for producing small-batch aerospace components to tight tolerances using a range of CNC machines and controls. You'll work in a high-tech environment with some of the most exotic materials in the industry. Key Responsibilities: * Setting and operating CNC Miller/Turner machines to manufacture aerospace parts * Working to tight tolerances using Jethete, titanium, and nickel alloys * Interpreting engineering drawings with precision * Operating machines using Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls * Performing manual measurements using micrometres, gauges, and other tools * Using overhead cranes to safely move components and fixtures * Supporting machine maintenance and preventative action plans * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment * Collaborating with team members and participating in daily production reviews About You * Proven experience as a ...
