This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours who enjoys working in a varied and hands-on admin position. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, multitasking, and providing reliable support within a small team setting.
Role Responsibilities:
Preparing and typing up quotations and other business documents
Answering incoming phone calls and handling general email enquiries
Filing, laminating, and maintaining both digital and physical records
Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks to assist the wider office team
Office Administrator Job Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident telephone manner and professional approach
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Office Administrator Salary & Benefits
Permanent, part-time position
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm or 9:30am-2:30pm (can be flexible around the individual but 5/6 hours per day initially)
Friendly and supportive working environment
Salary pro-rated from a full-time equivalent of £25,000 - £30,000
