Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements, supporting design and delivery across projects and workstreams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met effectively and in line with broader strategies.
* Provide insightful analysis and creative recommendations to support effective delivery.
* Work closely with the project team to estimate delivery timescales and align with overall roadmaps.
* Follow governance processes and gain the appropriate sign-offs to ensure alignment and control.
* Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
What You’ll Bring:
* Solid analysis skills, with experience interpreting data from multiple sources to provide recommendations and actionable insights.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and influencing.
* Good understanding of Agile (Scrum and Kanban), waterfall methodologies, and lifecycle management.
* Awareness of data transfer, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of SQL.
* Awareness of financial regulations and an interest in the banking sector.
* Understanding of payment technologies and the payments industry.
