About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting a Control Room Operator to join Mitie's monitoring team in Lurgan.
The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring alarms, responding to incidents and managing incoming and outgoing calls from clients and Mitie branches across the UK.
Using specialist monitoring software, you will ensure incidents are handled promptly, accurately and in line with required procedures and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
8. Monitor life-safety and property alarms and respond appropriately
9. Contact emergency services when required
10. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
11. Communicate professionally with clients and Mitie branches
12. Use specialist software to monitor incidents and maintain accurate records
13. Follow established incident reporting and monitoring procedures
14. Ensure required compliance standards are met
15. Meet assigned performance targets and KPIs
16. Keep up to date with system changes and procedures
17. Follow all health and safety policies
18. Complete additional duties when reasonably requested
