* Completing detailed QA documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting handover processes.
* Verifying completed works by RC frame and structural subcontractors to ensure adherence to design, tolerances, and industry standards.
* Assisting with coordination of concrete pours, sequencing, and daily planning with the wider site team.
* Participating in site meetings and liaising with project management, commercial teams, and health & safety.
* Using digital tools and tablets to log inspections, track progress, and record QA checks efficiently.
* Contributing to the resolution of on-site technical issues and raising RFIs where necessary.
* Ability to use surveying equipment such as Total Stations and laser levels when assisting with setting out tasks.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer, ideally with RC frame exposure.
* Engineering Degree/Diploma or similar technical qualification.
* Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and concrete processes.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and construction-related software (e.g., AutoCAD).
