Workforce is growing – fast – and we’re looking for an Onsite Account Manager to be the heartbeat of our client relationships, travelling between sites and making sure both clients and candidates get a gold-standard service.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the go-to contact for your clients – planning your day around their needs and jumping into action as priorities shift.
* Kickstart each day in our team huddle – sharing client updates and planning the day ahead.
* Attend regular review meetings with clients to identify improvements and maximise opportunities.
* Write eye-catching job adverts and use creative tools to attract top talent.
* Lead from the front – managing large volumes of temporary workers, running inductions, and ensuring performance standards stay high.
* Own the recruitment process end-to-end – from sourcing and screening to placements and check-ins.
* Maintain a strong onsite presence to monitor attendance, support retention, and keep teams motivated.
* Handle queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
* Keep accurate records and ensure everything is compliant with recruitment regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in a similar onsite or fast-paced recruitment role.
* A positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be dealing with people at all levels.
* Super organised, a quick learner, and cool under pressure.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and recruitment tech tools.
* Full UK driving licence – you’ll need it to travel between site and the office
* A great sense of humour and a willingness to adapt – because no two days are the same!
