Salary: £24,681 per annum (£12.62 per hour)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 16:30

About the Role
We’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at the Yew Tree Centre. This is a key role in delivering a high-quality reception and administrative service that supports tenants and visitors, promotes excellent customer service, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
As the first point of contact, you’ll provide a calm, welcoming environment and handle a variety of tasks including:
* Managing reception and switchboard services
* Handling enquiries and booking appointments
* Coordinating room bookings and processing mail
* Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting facilities management
* Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
* Assisting with information gathering, preparing documents, and supporting the Operations Team
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
* Skills:
o Excellent communication and customer service skills
o Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
o Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Experience:
o Previous experience in a customer-focused environment
o Familiarity with administrative processes and office systems
