The Role:
You'll be speaking with business customers in a more consultative, relationship-focused environment, where quality of service and attention to detail are key.
You'll play an important part in managing customer orders, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound calls from business customers in a professional and personable manner
* Managing and processing customer orders accurately
* Responding to queries relating to products, services, and account information
* Preparing and providing detailed quotations
* Managing a shared inbox and responding to email enquiries
* Making follow-up calls regarding orders, quotations, and ongoing service queries
* Investigating and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Completing general administrative duties, including updating internal systems
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

* Competitive salary: £28,000 – £32,000
* Monday to Friday (no weekends)
* Rotating hours:
o Weeks 1–2: 8:00am – 5:00pm
o Weeks 3–4: 8:30am – 5:30pm
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
