Co-ordination Support Officers play a vital role in Adults Social Care, providing administrative support to the social care professionals. The post is based at Grange View, Outwood supporting the Communities Team for Learning Disabilities on behalf of Support Services. However, there is an expectation that you will occasionally support other teams within Support Services. This will be remotely via an electronic dashboard and with occasional travel to other bases across the district. This is in line with supporting organisational and business need; a good level of flexibility will be required as a CSO.

5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly and input data accurately.
6. Knowledge and understanding of administrative processes.

9. Minute taking experience, or a willingness to learn.
10. Experience in diary management, planning and organising work for self and others.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
