We are excited to be recruiting for a Pub Marketing Executive. This role will work closely with the Pub Marketing Manager to support our leased and tenanted estate to improve their online presence and the results driven from online activities.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
* Supporting the digital marketing needs of our pubs via web and social media.
* Taking pub photography and video production for websites, PR, and pre- and post-investment.
* Supporting colleagues, agencies, and customers with pub-supported websites from creation to redevelopment.
* Offering support, advice, and constructive feedback on customer websites.
* Working on-site with pub businesses to develop their social media and online presence.
* Conducting social media content shoots.
* Providing social media advice, suggestions, and recommendations to pub operators.
* Setting up Thwaites Pubs business accounts on relevant channels.
* Onboarding and supporting pubs with our website offerings, working closely with them and the website agency.
* Creating social media graphics for key dates for pub channels.
* Designing 'how-to' guides and 'top tips' for digital activities.
* Auditing digital activities of leased and tenanted pubs, setting up processes, and monitoring to highlight areas of excellence.
Who are we looking for someone who is:
* Knowledgeable about main social media channels, with an understanding of trends and how channels work.
* Experienced in shooting and editing high-quality food, drinks, and lifestyle photography for websites, print, and social media.
* Excellent in influencing colleagues and customers through great communication and teamwork.
* Engaging with a positive and bright approach.
* Able to plan projects and meet strict deadlines.
* Capable of managing own workload and diary efficiently.
* Knowledgeable in copywriting for print, web, and social media.
Experience required:
* Experience working with customers.
* Good IT skills: web, email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Canva and Adobe software.
* Strong knowledge of social media channels and trends.
This role requires regular travel; a current UK driving licence is essential.
