About the Role
As the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, this role is essential in delivering high-quality and timely service. Responsibilities include daily communication with customers, building meaningful relationships, and managing haulage partners efficiently. Working as part of the 3T 4PL team, you will gain experience in transport and logistics. Prior transport experience is not required; problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are important. Use the EVENT platform to monitor operations, report non-compliance and customer complaints, handle Proof of Delivery (POD) requests, and respond professionally to queries. Ensure data accuracy, monitor customer compliance, generate operational reports, and escalate volume or profile changes as needed.
About You
Experience in customer service or transport is preferred but not essential. Key qualities include problem-solving ability, initiative, motivation, adaptability, stakeholder relationship management, IT skills, and good communication skills.
