Allerton Grange School is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to support the Sixth Form team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual to join our school community.

This role is for 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 additional days. We are committed to supporting flexible working and for the right candidate we will consider requests for part time/flexible working arrangements.

The successful post holder will:-

•Be a highly organised, reliable administrator with the ability to manage workload effectively and maintain high standards.

•Embrace change and contribute positively to improving systems, processes and outcomes within the Sixth Form and wider admin team.

•Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, parents and external partners.

•Demonstrate professional drive, energy and attention to detail, ensuring the Sixth Form runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

•Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and play an active role as part of the wider school administration team, supporting ongoing school improvement.
