Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather and define requirements, and optimize business processes. The role also involves translating business objectives into actionable tasks and ensuring seamless delivery in-line with organizational goals. Effective communication and analytical skills will be essential in driving strategic initiatives to successful completion.

* Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise to evaluate data and identify insights effectively.
* Experience in defining and managing Business Processes and developing Business Requirements.
* Exceptional Communication skills for facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and collaborating with diverse teams.
* Ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a remote work environment.
* Proficiency in working with tools like Azure DevOps is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
