Senior Manager, EBC and Adviser Services

What you'll be doing:
•Develop and maintain enhanced relationships with top-quartile Employee Benefit Consultants (EBCs) and corporate advisers.
•Act as a strategic overlay to support and complement the efforts of Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers.
•Deliver tailored governance services and insights that reinforce TPP’s value proposition and deepen adviser engagement.
•Design and implement governance frameworks and ongoing management information (MI) reporting for mutual scheme clients.
•Leverage adviser and client feedback to continuously improve governance content and delivery.
•Line manage Workplace Engagement Managers and support staff, ensuring effective deployment and development.
What we’re looking for:
•Experience within financial services, ideally workplace pensions
•Strong understanding of UK DC pensions and governance frameworks
•Proven experience managing relationships with EBCs or corporate advisers
•Experience designing and delivering MI and reporting solutions
•Line management experience, including coaching and resource planning
•Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pensions
