CNC Miller - Day Shift Redditch Permanent Position
We are currently working with a well-established precision engineering firm based in Redditch that is looking to expand its day shift team with the addition of a skilled CNC Miller.

Key Responsibilities:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal)
* Working with Fanuc controls
* Creating and editing programs using Esprit CADCAM or similar software
* Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production process
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proficient in Esprit CADCAM or equivalent software
* Strong understanding of Fanuc programming language
* Demonstrated experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Machinery in Use:
* HAAS
* DMN
* Matsuura Horizontal
* MAZAK
Training & Development:
* CADCAM training available to support continued professional growth
