Hays is proud to be partnering with a well-established public sector organisation in West Yorkshire to recruit a Temporary Sales Coordinator to join their busy sales team on a temporary basis. This role is part-time (18 hours a week) and paying £ per hour. Initially, this will be a 3-month contract with a chance for extension.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer-facing roles, administration, and sales support, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, offering a warm, professional, and knowledgeable service.
2. Conduct property tours, answering questions and building rapport with potential customers.
3. Support the planning and delivery of customer events, managing invites and follow-ups.
4. Work closely with Sales Consultants to coordinate sales incentives and ensure all documentation ispleted accurately.
5. Manage the move-in process, ensuring a smooth and weing experience for new residents.
6. Maintain regularmunication with customers from initial enquiry through topletion.
7. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all sales files arepliant and up to date.
8. Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage data, track progress, and support reporting.
9. Ensure all internal processes and external regulations are followed meticulously.
Experience required:
10. Proven experience in a customer-facing and/or sales support role
11. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
12. Strongmunicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
14. Ideally experience within housing/property
