Purpose Of The Role
To be an active team member, ensuring that all work is completed according to the daily work schedule within the Dishwash and Equipment departments in the DLC. The role involves effective communication, compliance with standards, and maintaining a safe, productive, and customer-oriented team focused on results and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure work is completed according to the daily schedule and costs are within targets.
* Collaborate with the Shift Manager to manage rosters, work schedules, and teams effectively and fairly.
* Manage material and product costs within budget and deadlines.
* Monitor wastage and work with the OPS Excellence Team to identify solutions.
* Maintain standards of customer service and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Conduct Daily/Weekly Team Briefings and escalate issues as needed.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and training to team members.
* Perform Daily Compliance & Core Standards checks, communicate issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor team productivity, implement remedial actions, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Ensure Food and personal Hygiene Procedures are followed at all times.

Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
