We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Part Time - Training, HR & Office Coordinator to join our team. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration, training coordination, and HR support, with the opportunity to make a real impact on employee development and the smooth running of the office.
The Role
As Training & Office Coordinator, you will:
* Manage employee training needs, maintain training records, and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
* Monitor apprenticeships, liaising with colleges on attendance, assessments, and progress.
* Administer training grants and ensure accurate claims are processed.
* Provide day-to-day office administration support, including handling calls, managing mail, archiving, and organising meetings.
* Support HR by managing inductions, assisting with recruitment, maintaining HR records, and monitoring workwear stock.
* Manage the company vehicle database, ensuring inspections, servicing, and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency of the business through general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
About You
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to multitask and work across training, administration, and HR responsibilities.
* Previous experience in a similar training/admin/HR support role (desirable but not essential).
