Key Responsibilities: Negotiating Property Sales: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, negotiating between buyers and sellers to reach mutually satisfactory agreements. Conducting and Organising Viewings: Schedule and carry out property viewings, ensuring each client receives a professional and positive experience. Marketing: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms including online listings, social media, and print advertising. Cross-Selling Additional Services: Proactively identify and promote additional services such as auctions, conveyancing, and property management to clients.
