Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently process products to ensure they are available to customers promptly. When working on the sales floor, your excellent customer service skills will be essential. We support all our employees with comprehensive training and development from day one. About the Role
As a Delivery Team Member, your key responsibilities include:
* Accurately processing stock through scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and stock placement
* Ensuring all stock is well-presented and correctly displayed on the sales floor or stored in stockrooms
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers from both back and front store areas
* Collaborating with store team members and reporting to Coordinators or Managers
