Role Overview
We're looking for a friendly and reliable individual to provide Saturday cover in our showroom. You'll be the face of Hypnos for weekend visitors, offering excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect sleep solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in the showroom
* Provide product information and support
* Maintain a tidy and inviting showroom environment
* Handle basic enquiries and pass leads to the weekday team
What We're Looking For
* Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
* Good communication skills
* Previous retail or showroom experience desirable but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
