Are you an enthusiastic, proactive team player with a passion for retail marketing?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) within FGH’s commercial team. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in understanding customer behaviour to help us deliver smart, customer-focused campaigns that build loyalty and drive business growth.

In simple terms, CRM is all about how we communicate with our customers to keep them coming back, spending more, and feeling valued.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the CRM team across a wide range of customer marketing activities, including:

* Helping to plan and deliver CRM campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail
* Supporting customer segmentation and targeting – helping to decide which groups of customers should receive which messages
* Working with customer data to understand behaviours that help us market more effectively
* Making sure campaigns reflect the brand’s tone and visual guidelines
* Helping to track performance and producing regular reports
* Supporting the team with admin tasks
* Collaborating with other departments, such as the brand, insights, and international teams.
* Ensuring we put customers first and follow all relevant rules and FCA regulations.

About You

Essential:

* We don’t expect you to have lots of experience; we can provide training. However, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in marketing and understanding customer behaviour
* Educated in Marketing, Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, OR have relevant experience
* High level of drive and motivation
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Can work individually or as part of a team
* Able to commute to Bradford city centre

Desirable:

* A head for numbers and data
* Confident with technology, and keen to develop competency on campaign platforms
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
* Competitor knowledge and understanding in both retail and online
