Learning Support Assistant – Rochester, Kent Key Details: Location: Rochester, Kent Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only Duration: Long-Term (Potential Temp-to-Perm) Pay: £95–£115 per day (dependent on experience) Sector: Secondary Education / SEND Support Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Rochester, Kent, to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive and committed team. The school has a strong focus on inclusion and pastoral care, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with students requiring extra support, including those with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a vital role in ensuring pupils can access learning, build confidence and make meaningful progress.
