Job Summary
Chester Central Care Community Team are looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join the team covering a maternity post. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint.
Responsibilities
Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes.
* Full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
* Good communication skills essential.
* Working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages required.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent or relevant administration experience.
* Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of Data Protection Act.
* Typing experience.
Person Specification
