Due to continued growth across our responsive maintenance contracts, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team across the East & West Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and people-focused leader to take ownership of multiple contracts within the social housing sector, delivering high-quality services to residents and clients.
As Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of works including voids, responsive repairs, elemental works and planned programmes. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring service delivery meets KPI, compliance, and customer satisfaction expectations.
You will play a key role in building and leading high-performing teams while maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational and commercial performance.
This role will cover contracts across the East & West Midlands, so flexibility to travel is essential.
