We are recruiting a Digital Communications Officer on behalf of our fantastic client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role will play a central part in delivering engaging, data-led digital communications, with a strong focus on email marketing, content creation and performance reporting.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to improve engagement through email, social media and digital channels.
This is a mainly remote role with 4 days working from home and 1 day being office based. 35 hour week. The salary for this role is £33,000-£35,000 dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Digital Communications Officer are:
* Create, manage and optimise email campaigns for members, corporate partners and employees using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Source, write and repurpose content for email communications
* Maintain and improve email templates to maximise engagement
* Monitor and report on email performance, making data-led recommendations
* Act as a go-to resource for colleagues on email best practice
* Create visual content to support the Graphic Designer and Social Media team
* Contribute to website updates and wider digital engagement initiatives
* Support internal projects, including content, marketing and communications strategy
Skilled required for this Digital communications Officer role are:
* Proven experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
* Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (essential)
* Proficient in creating and editing email campaigns using HTML
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Data literate, able to analyse performance data and present findings clearly
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
* A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
* Confident working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
