To deliver a rotating programme of Springboard and coaching sessions to support customers to enhance their employability, resilience and sector specific skills.
1. Deliver a rotating programme of employability, resilience and sector specific skills training to support participants to move into employment.
2. Record and provide feedback through updating of customer case management system about completion status of booked interventions as part of the Springboard curriculum.
3. Support the Lead Employability Coach & Employment Advisor in evaluating the quality and success of sprinboard sessions, making appropriate suggestions for continuous improvement.
4. Provide coaching support on a one to basis for customers as need is identified by Employment Advisors.
Essential
5. Experienced in the delivery of effective recruitment and/or development workshops that exceed/meet customer needs
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles
7. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, specifically around listening, questioning and building relationships that promote commitment and action
8. Able to produce a high quality tailored CV and understand how to support candidates to carry out effective job searching activity
9. Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care
10. IT skills to ensure full system and contract compliance
11. Numeracy and literacy skills to facilitate management reporting
12. Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues.
13. Creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and enabling candidates to overcome limiting beliefs
14. Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
15. Experience of developing individuals one to one and in a group environment
16. Experience of working to structured targets and deadlines

17. Experience in design and development of training materials
18. Experience of delivering resilience or mental health training
