As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator, you'll play a key role as the first point of contact for customers - ensuring they receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
Role will include:
* Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
* Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
* Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
* Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
* Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
* Prepare job packs
* Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
* Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
* Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems
Experience Required:
* You must have an excellent customer focused service background
* Ideally you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
* You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
