This role is suited to strong relationship builders who can remain calm, resilient and consistent when supporting young people with: SEMH Trauma backgrounds Challenging behaviour Anxiety Emotional dysregulation School avoidance You will play a key role in helping pupils access education positively through trust, structure and emotional support.
